The latest round of the Skim UK Tour at Lands End has been cancelled due to lack of interest.
It is a real shame that we have had to do this is as the previous 2 contests were great. Skim UK has been struggling to find enough entrants to make this contest viable, despite the feedback from competitors that more contests are wanted.
Instead, there will be a series of non competitive skim jam’s held over the summer months to try and re-gain some interest. Then in September/October we’ll capitalise on the interest at the Skim Fest and schedule a contest just after the fest in September/October.
So the tour will now conclude in the autumn.

Just to clarify, that was not aimed at SkimUK. Well done SkimUK, its the skimmers who are letting you down, not the other way around.
I could point the finger, but im not going to.
Fairweather skimmers really piss me off, especially when they beg for contests then either are not bothered or dont have the balls to turn up.
