Here is the complete balance training package.

Use the board on the roller in the normal way which helps strenghten your leg muscles and balance, but then for an additional workout, just place the board on the IndoFlo cushion.

By standing on an unstable surface, the bodies small, stabilising muscles to improve your ‘joint position sense’or ‘proprioception.’ In addition you’re going to strengthen all the muscles in your lower body, glutes, low back & abdominals (abs).
