How to place your order
We want to make purchasing at Sandskater as easy as possible, that's why we have made sure there are a variety of ways you can order from us. Here are the instructions on how to use the various methods. If you have any questions, please call us on 08452 037546, or email us.

Browse around the online store, select the product(s) you want, and
press the button like this:
The product will be added to your shopping cart. You can now choose to continue shopping or proceed to the Check Out

When you have finished shopping, press the 'View cart' link at the top of the page.
You will be taken to your cart page. Review the items in your cart. Choose your area from the drop down list to determine your postage/shipping cost. If you want to remove an item, click on 'Delete item' next to the product you want to remove.
If you have finished shopping, then press the 'Checkout' button and you will be taken to our secure server. |

All you have to do now to complete the order, is fill in your billing, delivery
and payment details and select the "Credit Card" payment method from the dropdown box. If you have any problems using the online shop, please email us or call the Sandskater crew on 0845 203 7546 |
2: Gift Certificate
If you have a Sandskater gift certificate you wish to redeem, then select the "Gift Certificate" payment method from the drop down box on the checkout page. If your gift certificate value is less than your order total, when you press the "submit order button", you will be able to choose how you wish to pay the remaining balance. (Eg: Credit Card, Paypal etc).
3: Telephone Orders - order online, then call us to pay!
If you wish to pay by credit or debit card and don't want to submit your card details online, we now offer the facility where you can order online, and select "Phone Order" as the payment method. This will submit your order and address details to us, then you can call our customer service team on freephone 0800 5200 724 to pay over the phone in the usual way!
4: PayPal
You can pay securely online using PayPal - you don't even need a PayPal account to use the service now! From the payment method dropdown list on the checkout page, just select "PayPal" and after you submit your order you will be taken to the Paypal wesbite to complete your payment. Once completed, you will return to Sandskater and be issued with your order number!
5: Collect in store - save the postage!
Our store is based in Paignton, Devon. If you live nearby, or want to secure your order before travelling to us, then you are more than welcome to submit your order online and select the "Collect from Store" option!
All orders will be put aside for collection within 3 working days, (unless agreed otherwise). Any order not collected within 3 working days will be returned to stock. Payment will not be taken online, but will taken at the time of collection in our store.
6: Cheque or postal order
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, you can submit your order online, and choose the "Phone Order" payment method. In the order notes box of the checkout page, please state that you wish to pay by cheque or postal order. Once your order has been submitted online, please send the cheque or postal order to:

Your order will put put aside for 5 working days while we await your cheque payment. If your cheque dosn't arrive withing this timeframe, the order will be returned to stock. Once we have recived your cheque, your order will be dispatched on receipt of payment 7: Fax Orders
